We take a four step process to ensuring your property receives the best care possible.

1. OPENING & OCCUPANCY CHECK

After receiving and filing a request into our system, we dispatch an inspector within 48 hours to assess your property to assess its occupancy, environmental and physical needs. 

2. SECURING

We know that your property’s security is your highest priority. That’s why we make sure to secure a property within 24 hours of a security request, complete with winterization and environmental information. We make sure you get a full report complete with a photo overview and estimates.

3. Repairs & Debris Removal

An estimate report will be made for property repairs, and emergency repairs will be performed as required. We ensure every repair is completed as requested, with both before and after images to make sure your property is ready to list.

4. LISTING & SALE

We list your property and make note of all sale information. We follow up with you to ensure that we keep your property monitored and safe until the sale is confirmed, to ensure property security and maintenance.
